Lastly, I'll create your detailed day-of timeline, diagrams, VIP Contacts, ceremony architecture, and a "detail" worksheet.  All vendors are included in the preparation of this package, and input is solicited.  The preparation work assures that you, your family, and all guests have an amazing experience, completely worry-free.

From there, we'll talk about how to personalize your event...special "his" and "hers" drinks, engagement photos on display, personal signs.  I encourage the inclusion of family members in your ceremony to personalize it.  Parting gifts are fun with your names and dates...but if you've got a special talent, let's do it!  My favorite parting gift was 100 mini bottles of blueberry hot sauce~ home-made by the groom, fresh with personally-designed labels including their hashtag.  All clients love to go through my event design studio, where you'll find many props and decorations you may want to use...at no charge to any of my clients.

There are a million different table set ups. Let's get creative...round, banquet, sweet heart and head tables, oh my!  Linens, napkins, glassware, china, centerpieces, menu cards...allow me to assist.

The opening procession is the start of your guests' experience on your big day.  The way the room feels when they arrive will set the mood.  And communicating to your guests what you expect of them once you are pronounced, "Mr. & Mrs," will help them feel comfortable, and give you the day you have been dreaming about.

Your big moment comes when you officially enter your reception as the new "Mr. & Mrs."...all eyes are on you.  How do you want to be announced?  Who will bustle your dress?  Did you re-apply lipstick?  What door will you use?  Will all of your guests be ready for you?

Equally important is your grand exit.  Sparklers, glo sticks or bubbles?  Let's get your party in line and ready to send you off in style and full of smiles!
